Paste a school note, add an event yourself, or forward, CC, or BCC a message to the intake address shown in Settings. Incoming email must pass sender checks and come from one of your verified addresses.

Review dates and summaries in the app before saving. Connected agents can also create confident events automatically when you enable that workflow.
Stay on schedule
Get email reminders at your chosen times and at most one short reminder text per number per day. Reply 1 to acknowledge an SMS reminder or 2 to change your schedule. You can also complete, cancel, or snooze events in the app.

Let your agent help
Follow our setup guide to connect a cloud assistant with permission to read or manage your reminders. Connections last up to 30 days and can be revoked in Settings. Unattended integrations can use a separate machine credential. Read the cloud setup and text-message guide.
Email intake and reminder delivery use Amazon Simple Email Service. SMS reminders use Twilio. Provider approvals and live connector verification are required before launch.
A few things to know
- Is it free?
- ReminderStream is free today. Pricing will be introduced in the future. We will explain the price and ask for separate agreement before charging you.
- Can I use more than one email or phone?
- Yes. Each contact must be verified. Reminders go to every verified contact you enable; SMS also requires separate consent. Launch SMS supports U.S. mobile numbers.
- What happens at the text-message limit?
- Your account shares 60 SMS messages in any rolling 30 days across all phone numbers, including verification and service replies. At the limit, reminders continue by email to your enabled, verified addresses.
- Do you keep my original messages?
- We keep extracted event details, summaries, source identifiers and fingerprints, rather than an application archive of submitted messages. Email transport and AI or messaging providers may retain data under their own policies. See our Data Policy for details.
- What if a message changes?
- An updated source is flagged for review so you can check the linked events. An exact title on the same day is treated as an existing event. Agent and API creation also compare related events before creating a new one.
