Optional SMS consent
I agree to receive recurring automated ReminderStream reminder texts at this verified number. Reminder notices are limited to one per local day, only when a reminder is due. Requested verification codes and service replies can be additional. All account numbers share a maximum of 60 SMS in any rolling 30 days, including codes, replies and reserved send attempts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts to this number, START to resume, or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of email reminders. Additional reminders are available on the website and through enabled, verified email fallback.
Verification and reminders
SMS is currently available for supported United States mobile numbers. Email can be used for other destinations. Requesting an SMS code authorizes that verification message; it does not enroll the number in recurring reminders. Recurring SMS uses a separate unchecked consent box. Email and SMS reminder preferences default to both, with delivery activated only for verified, enabled destinations and consented numbers.
Limits and email fallback
Each account shares 60 SMS in any rolling 30 days across all its numbers. Sending a reminder to three numbers consumes three messages. Codes, service replies, and reserved attempts with uncertain outcomes count too. Messages are kept within a single SMS segment. Additional service-wide safeguards can suspend SMS sooner. Once capped, the same reminder continues through enabled, verified email contacts without duplicating its already scheduled email. No overage is charged. Each reservation stops counting 30 days after it was made; there is no calendar-month reset.
Managing reminders by text
Reply 1 to a reminder to acknowledge the event and stop its remaining reminders. If more than one recent event could match, choose the event from the numbered list. Reply 2 or SCHEDULE to review account-wide timing, choose a preset or pick days, then reply 9 to save or 0 to cancel. Saved timing applies to future notifications for active and new events on all enabled channels. Menus expire after 15 minutes. These messages count toward the SMS allowance; use the website when SMS is capped.
Stopping and getting help
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPTOUT) to stop reminder texts to the sending number. Other contacts on your account are unchanged. Disable SMS in Settings to pause it for the whole account. Reply HELP for instructions; service replies may be unavailable after your allowance is exhausted, so you can always use the website. Required carrier or provider opt-out acknowledgments are controlled by the provider and may occur separately from our allowance. Resume an opted-out number by texting START or UNSTOP from that number to our sender. Existing verification, consent and account preferences must still allow delivery. Website changes, contact deletion and re-adding a number do not remove its text opt-out. Remove numbers you no longer control. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
Email controls
Disable a specific email destination to exclude it from both regular and fallback reminders. Selecting SMS includes email fallback when SMS is capped, even if regular email reminders are off. To pause all reminder delivery, turn off both channels. Verification, sign-in, security, and necessary service notices may still be sent as needed. We do not enroll you in marketing messages through reminder consent.
