Information we process
We process sign-in identifiers, verified email addresses and phone numbers, notification preferences, consent records and policy versions, event titles and summaries, dates and time zones, reminder actions, integration identifiers, delivery status, and limited operational and security metadata. Information you submit may mention other people; only submit it with appropriate authority.
Source text is temporary
We analyze submitted text and email to extract events and summaries. We do not retain the raw source text or complete original email as an application archive or intentionally put it in application logs. Transport and AI providers must process that content to perform the request and may temporarily retain it under their applicable service policies. AWS email queues can retry delivery for up to 23 days. Extracted summaries may repeat information from the source and remain personal data. See the Data Policy for details.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate users, verify destinations, extract events, schedule reminders, deliver requested messages, process actions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain consent records, and respond to support or legal requests. We do not sell personal information or use reminder content for targeted advertising. We do not operate an advertising profile or use your content to train our own models. AI provider handling is governed by the selected provider’s terms and account configuration; we do not promise zero provider retention.
Service providers and disclosure
AWS provides hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, and verification SMS; Twilio provides reminder SMS and can retain SMS bodies (including reminder titles), phone numbers and delivery records under its retention settings. Application deletion does not automatically delete provider logs or backups. The configured extraction provider, OpenAI or Anthropic, receives the text needed for extraction. OpenAI also receives a proposed event and stored event details for the same account and date to check for duplicates, including retained completed or canceled events. These providers receive the information needed for their functions, subject to their terms and our configuration. We may disclose information where legally required, to address fraud or security threats, or in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. We do not publish your reminders.
Storage, security, and retention
We operate infrastructure in the United States; providers may process information in other locations under their terms. We use access controls, transport encryption, and encryption for configured data stores, but no service can guarantee perfect security. Account information and reminders are retained while needed to provide the service; limited security, consent, and legal records may be retained longer where justified. See the Data Policy.
Your choices and requests
Use Settings to disable email or SMS, disable or remove additional destinations, and revoke integration credentials. Reply STOP to stop reminder texts to that number; text START from that number to resume. You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights applicable to your location by contacting us. We verify identity before disclosing or deleting account data and respond as applicable law requires. Some legal or security records may be exempt from deletion. We retain a minimal phone-hash suppression record to honor SMS opt-outs even if a contact or account is removed; opt-out event receipts are retained for 90 days. Essential account, verification, and security messages are separate from reminder preferences.
Browser storage and children
We use browser session storage for authentication and essential sign-in state. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics on the website. The service is for adults 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child created an account, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
Notice changes
The version date identifies this notice. Material changes will be announced in the service or by verified email where appropriate. Additional consent will be requested when required.
