Who we are and your agreement
ReminderStream is operated by Famplified LLC, an Oklahoma, United States limited liability company. These Terms, the Data Policy, and any feature-specific terms govern your use. You must be at least 18, able to enter this agreement, and authorized to submit the information and contact details you use. Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for your authorized agents and integrations.
Free today; future pricing
ReminderStream is currently offered free of charge, subject to usage limits. Pricing will be introduced in the future. We may change features or allowances, or discontinue the free offering after notice. We will disclose material pricing changes in advance through the service or your verified email. Creating an account does not authorize any future charge. We will obtain your separate agreement to the applicable price, billing terms, and payment authorization before charging you. If you do not choose a paid plan, you will not be charged; free features may be limited or discontinued after notice. Carrier message and data charges are separate.
Reminders and your review
AI extraction can misunderstand content, dates, time zones, or context. Review extracted events and keep your own records. Delivery depends on communications providers, connectivity, verified contact details, settings, and usage limits. The service is not intended for emergencies or situations where a missed or incorrect reminder could cause serious harm. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Contact verification and messaging
Only verified destinations may receive reminders. Email and SMS preferences start selected, but recurring SMS requires separate affirmative consent for each number. Enabled verified email contacts receive scheduled messages. Each enabled verified phone receives at most one reminder notice per local day. The first eligible due reminder triggers that notice with a link to view all events; later reminders use eligible email fallback and remain on the site. Codes and requested service replies can be additional. All numbers share 60 SMS per account in any rolling 30 days, including requested verification codes and service replies. Failed or uncertain send attempts may consume allowance. After the SMS allowance is reached, reminders use enabled, verified email destinations, including when regular email reminders were deselected. Disable a specific email destination to exclude it from fallback; disabling both channels pauses reminders. If no eligible email remains, delivery cannot continue. SMS becomes available as older reservations pass 30 days, if still enabled and consented.
Acceptable use
Do not send spam, impersonate others, add contacts without authority, bypass limits, create accounts to evade safeguards, probe systems without permission, submit unlawful content, or interfere with the service. Do not upload secrets, payment-card details, highly sensitive records, or content you are not authorized to process. We may impose reasonable safeguards or suspend misuse.
Your content and our service
You retain your rights in submitted information. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it, generate and store summaries and events, operate your integrations, and deliver your requested messages. Our software, branding, and other service materials remain ours or our licensors’. You may use the service for its intended purposes subject to these terms.
Changes, suspension, and ending use
You may stop using the service and disable notifications at any time. Contact us to request account deletion. We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice when practicable. We may update these terms and ask you to accept material changes before continued use. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free delivery. To that extent, Famplified LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Governing law and general terms
Oklahoma law governs this agreement without its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws provide otherwise. We do not require binding arbitration under these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and incorporated policies form the agreement for the service; a separately agreed paid plan may add terms.
